FACTS
What is FACTS?
The Financial Aid Eligibility and Certification Tracking System (FACTS) is an online financial aid tool designed to help students understand and monitor their eligibility for selected financial aid programs, such as TAP and scholarships. Keep in mind that FACTS is a financial aid advisement system and your official financial aid record is available in CUNYfirst.
What are some of the things I can do in FACTS?
- Review your financial aid audit.
- Review a transcript summary to identify courses eligible for your degree and financial aid.
- Check your overall financial aid eligibility and certification information.
- Review frequently asked questions and links to other financial aid resources.
How do I access FACTS?
Go to facts.cuny.edu and sign in using your CUNY Login credentials. Your CUNY Login is typically in the form of firstname.lastname##@login.cuny.edu (the numbers are the last two digits of you CUNY EMPLID).
