The goal of this event was to bring in actuarial professionals to lead a Q&A panel. Students were be able to ask questions about the actuarial profession, the exam track, and insurance company structure, among other topics.

At this meeting, prospective members were acquainted with what the Actuarial Society typically does and about the actuarial profession in general. Club leaders discussed what actuarial science is, how students can find internships/jobs, and what events the Society had in store for this semester. This event also served as a preliminary networking event for mathematics students that are interested in the profession or related topics.
