Workshops
Students unsure of how to network with professionals at job fairs, create a stellar resume, or secure an internship in a specific field, are given all the tools they need to succeed. The Magner Career Center offers several workshops and events throughout the year to help students improve their career skills, as well as kickstart their unique professional journeys.
Every semester, we invite various professionals from a wide variety of specialties to speak with our students about career advancement. Previous guests have included professionals and alumni from organizations such as the NY Times, KPMG, JPMorgan, Ford Foundation, Foreign Service, Google, Facebook, NY Knicks, DKNY, Estee Lauder, NYS Department of Labor, NYC Department of Education, Con Edison, and many more!
