The Central Depository Office is dedicated to supporting the many student organizations on campus. With more than 160 clubs and organizations, we focus on offering our students proper advisement on being fiscally responsible and opportunities for personal growth.
Central Depository is responsible for the receipt, distribution, and accounting of all student activity fees and revenues generated by each organization.
Our services include:
- Payment requests through non-PO Voucher Forms
- Purchase orders
- Budget transfer
- Approved vendor list
- Club fundraising
- Club trip proposal
- Brooklyn College Association board/budget meetings
- Procurements for club events
- Inventory for clubs
- Keys for club spaces
