Brooklyn College Study Abroad Online Application
Please read the following carefully:
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Requirements for All Study Abroad Programs
- You must have a 2.5 GPA at your current home college. (Some programs might have a higher GPA requirement, listed on each program's page.)
- You must fulfill program prerequisites, if any.
- You must not have any stops on your record.
- You must be a student in good standing at Brooklyn College and/or your home campus.
Additional Information
- CUNY CISI Travel and Medical Insurance is mandatory for all students attending Study Abroad programs.
- All program fees and non-refundable.
- Program dates indicate New York departure and return dates (exceptions will be specified).
- Some (not all) programs have group airfare arranged. If so, group airfare departure cannot be changed. In some cases, the student will have the option of arranging their return airfare is they want to stay longer.
- Valid passports are required.
- All visas (if required) are your responsibility! Check the consulate general's website of the country you will be studying in to determine visa requirements.
- Accommodations for special meals and diets cannot be guaranteed.
- Non-participants are not allowed to stay in program housing (hotels, dorms, host families).
- Some programs have mandatory Saturday activities. Attendance will be required.
- $400 deposit is not refundable after March 30, 2020.
