Stress, Depression, and Anxiety
Juggling a full course load, with its related research, papers and exams, is hard enough. Most college students must also simultaneously handle a work schedule, family obligations, friendships and relationships, the occasional health problem and more. When all of that gets to be too much, students can sometimes become stressed, depressed or anxious. Brooklyn College is here to help students recognize warning signs of problems and to assist them in handling them. When things get too extreme and thoughts of suicide arise, we're here to help with that, too.
