Brooklyn College Online Applications
All new freshman and transfer students who apply for scholarships must complete this application as well as a separate application for admission to the City University of New York (CUNY).
Entering freshmen must apply to CUNY and receive an EMPLID before they fill out this application. You cannot apply to the B.A.-M.D. Program or Scholars Program without first applying to CUNY.
Note: Once you receive your EMPLID, do NOT use it as a username for the honors applications. Please choose something else as your username.
If you have applied to CUNY and have not received your EMPLID, follow these instructions on how to find your CUNYfirst EMPLID (pdf).
Scholarships for entering students cannot be deferred.
If you are awarded a scholarship and choose not to attend for the year, you must reapply; your previous application will not be held.
The honors programs are only open to entering freshmen.
If you are a Macaulay Honors student, you can receive funding from Macaulay or a Presidential Scholarship. You cannot receive both.
