Updating Your Contact Information
The Office of the Bursar regularly sends e-mails and other communications regarding important dates, payment reminders, and helpful payment option information. To ensure you don't miss out on this crucial information, update your contact information and mailing address on your Brooklyn College WebCentral Portal and CUNYfirst accounts by following these steps:
- Log in to Brooklyn College WebCentral Portal.
- Select My Info on the left-side menu.
- Next to Personal Email, select "change," edit, and save.
- To edit your phone numbers and/or mailing address, select "Change in CUNYfirst."
- Once logged in to CUNYfirst, select HR/Campus Solutions.
- Select Self Service.
- Select Personal Information.
- Update your current mailing address (including apartment number) and indicate your current phone number as preferred.
- Confirm and save any changes.
