The college is a big place with literally hundreds of Wi-Fi transmitters (APs). It is accessed 24/7 by thousands of campus users, using hundreds of types of Wi-Fi devices. The college strives to ensure that the college's Wi-Fi is providing the best possible service to its users throughout the campus. You can help by reporting the details of places on campus where you have experienced less-than-adequate Wi-Fi service.
Use this form to report the details of any such incidents to help ITS investigate the issue and determine how each issue can be resolved. Issues can be caused by equipment failures or user device issues, and sometimes new infrastructure must be installed to meet demand.
