Social Media & Technology as Tools of Language Advocacy
March 21, 2019
Wynnie Lamour, founder and managing director of Haitian Creole Language Institute, presents an impactful discussion on how social media platforms center the conversation around historically undervalued languages. Haitian Creole is one such language that is suffering from systemic, social, and cultural degradation.
