Personal Counseling
ISSO, in collaboration with the Personal Counseling program, is developing a strong referral network to licensed mental health clinicians, clinics, and agencies with expertise in immigration and mental health. Students in need of culturally responsive personal counseling for immigration-related concerns and worries can obtain services and referrals through our office during the Personal Counseling Liaison hours.
Personal Counseling Liaison Hours
Monday: 4:30–6 p.m.
Thursday: 12:30–2 p.m.
Services may include individual supportive counseling, coping skills, peer support groups, facilitated discussion groups, and workshops tailored to immigrant students' needs.
