Grants
Brooklyn College participates in both NY State and Federal Student Financial Aid Grant programs.
Grants are a type of financial aid that you may receive which do not need to be paid back.
To be considered for federal financial aid, you must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. You must also be pursuing a degree program and must maintain satisfactory academic progress to preserve your continuing aid eligibility. Students not yet admitted into a degree program (non-degree students) do not qualify for federal or state student financial aid programs.
