COACHE Survey on Faculty Job Satisfaction
Brooklyn College is partnering with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) to survey tenured and tenure-track faculty about satisfaction across areas of faculty life: teaching, scholarship, service, academic leadership, governance, and work-life balance. The survey had been previously administered at Brooklyn College in 2015 and 2019. As a part of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, COACHE is a research-practice partnership with peer institutions focused on providing strategic insights for the academic workplace.
