Student Learning Outcomes
Candidates completing the Graduate Program in Educational Leadership will:
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, communicate, and evaluate a shared school mission and vision
- Lead a data-driven collaborative professional school project with shared problem-solving and decision-making
- Demonstrate the capacity to advocate for and cultivate ethical decisionmaking, legal compliance, and professional integrity in a school community
- Demonstrate the capability to promote and maintain a supportive, equitable, culturally responsive, and inclusive school
- Develop, implement, and assess comprehensive and effective instructional and school management programs for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to engage and collaborate with families and other community stakeholders
