One-Stop Shop for Student Services

The Enrollment Services Center (ESC) is Brooklyn College’s one-stop shop for student services. Located in the West Quad Center lobby, the ESC is where you can get assistance registering for classes, pay your tuition, inquire about financial aid, and acquire your photo ID. Additional services include obtaining recreation passes and check distribution services to the Brooklyn College community.

ESC Hours of Operation

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7:45 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Financial Aid + Payment

When You Want to Apply for Financial Aid or Awards

We’ll help you discover whether you are eligible for federal and state aid, scholarships and private funding sources.

When It's Time to Pay Your College Tuition

We’ll process your tuition payment, inform you about payment options, and notify you about important payment due dates.

Student Records + ID

When You Need to Get Your Brooklyn College Photo ID

We’ll provide you with a valid college ID card each semester that will enable you to use the library, computer labs and recreational facilities.

When You Need Assistance With Your Student Record

We will assist you with questions about your student record, registration and navigating CUNYfirst.
